1. Submitted music videos must be about The OC, Veronica Mars, Gilmore Girls, Harry Potter, or Smallville ONLY. Crossovers between those shows are allowed. In the future we may allow more but for now this is all.

2. If you have a site, you MUST have a link back to this site. We will check, and if you haven't linked us then your entry will be disqualified.

3.Only Submit videos you made yourself. We in NO WAY permit clip-theft or entire vid-theft.

4. You can submit 2 music videos per round. PLUS a video that has completed one of the Challenges. Judges can enter their own vids but when judging have to omit them.

5. Your video has to be online during the entire round or else we can't download it. Which obviously means we wouldn't be able to judge it. If we are unable to download your vid we will email you, and give you a week to re-upload it.

6. If you don't have a site to host your music video, upload it to for free at megaupload.com or yousendit.com, filefront, etc.

7. If you have a website, make sure that you give us a valid URL.

8. NO slash or porn!!!

9. Acceptable Formats are .rm, .ram, .wmv, .mov, .mpeg, .mpg, .avi or Zipped files.

10. All vids MUST be under 20 MB. If you have a vid above this limit and would like to submit it, contact us, and we can try and work out something.

11. After 20 submissions, the round will close.

12. If you don't win, you may enter your videos again. (The code word is: "Soulmates Suck").

13. If you win an award for a video, you can only submit that music video
again, if you make major changes to it.

14. You can enter your vid in up to 6 categories. However if we think you're vid fits best in a different category, we reserve the right to move it.

16. If you're vid is a challenge vid then be sure to tell us that in the description of your vid.

17. If you don't put the CORRECT code word, then your music video will not be entered into the round. This proves that you've read the rules
